Shipping and Returns
We ship most products same day if ordered by 1:00pm (PST) with approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt of approved and cleared payment. Our products are shipped from California and New Jersey and normally arrive in 2-4 days after they are shipped but may experience delays during holidays, weekends or other unforeseen situations. Upgraded shipping options are available for purchase during checkout.
All Domestic United States orders include Free Standard Shipping, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Ultra Hoverboard within 48 hours from date/time of delivery.
By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Ultra Hoverboard, you may request to return it in unused condition within 7 days of the delivery date for refund if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). A $15.00 restocking fee or 15%, whichever is greater, will be deducted from all refunds for any product. This fee does not apply to defective product returned for repair within manufacturer warranty period.
For all returns and warranty repairs, customer is responsible for all shipping costs and must be insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Please send an email with "RMA REQUEST" in the subject line and your order number. Our RMA Request email address is email@example.com
Any shipping charges incurred when returning products for refund are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt sent by email post sale.
Items returned for refund must be returned and received by Ultra Hoverboard within 30 days from date of delivery. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds after 30 days.
Product warranties vary by product, please see individual product page for exact warranty details. Manufacturer warranties often cover against mechanical defects (limitations and terms below). Warranties does not cover water damage.
Warranties do not cover shipping and handling charges for defective or damaged items, all return shipping fees are responsibility of customer.
Product manufacturers will either repair or replace defective products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at their discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a minimum of 6 months from the date of invoice (see product page for exact warranty details). This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. Ultra Hoverboard will process a warranty issue to work with the manufacturer to either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at manufacturers discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, improper operation or maintenance, riding aggressively, crashes, scratches and water damage.
